    SHIPPING POLICY

    Silver Sparrow use Courier Post with track and trace security. Shipping within urban NZ is a flat rate of $4.50.

    Delivery to a rural address is $7.00 so please be aware if you require rural delivery and do not select this option we will not be able to send your order.

    While it normally takes 24 hours for Courier Post to deliver, please allow 2 – 4 working days for NZ delivery.

    RETURN POLICY

    Silver Sparrow is happy to replace any faulty products or products that are damaged in transit.

    Please contact us at silversparrownz@gmail.com to arrange a replacement or refund.

    It is not recommended that you wear your jewellery in the shower or when swimming. Salt or chlorinated water may affect the integrity of your piece.

    Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons products cannot be returned if you change your mind.
